Walk-in credit card payments at Scranton City Hall, Treasurer’s Office
Come to our office at Scranton City Hall, Treasurer’s Office and make a credit card tax payment with a Tax clerk.

Franklin Security Bank payments
Take your tax bill or notice to Franklin Security bank located at 139 Wyoming Avenue in Scranton and submit your payment to a bank teller. Your bank teller will help guide you through the payment process and contact Northeast Revenue Service, LLC for your assistance.
