Our goal is to offer the citizens of Scranton the highest level of service with easy access to public information. Our streamlined process and friendly approach affords taxpayers more convenience when making their delinquent tax payments. Our new payment center is located at Scranton City Hall in the Treasurer’s Office, where taxpayers can make walk-in payments by cash, check, money order, credit/debit card, or cashier check. Taxpayers can also make payments via credit/debit card over the phone. Northeast Revenue Service, LLCwelcomes Scranton citizens to visit our offices and to speak with a tax clerk or utilize one of our public computers to research a parcel. website creates, for the citizens of Scranton, an open forum to research properties, gain insight on the different types of tax sales and have access to information on every delinquent tax parcel in the City of Scranton. All forms for delinquent real estate tax transactions are available on our site in pdf format.

Attorneys, abstractors, mortgage companies, etc. will find a new and easier way to order certified tax searches through our website via email, fax or walk-in. We also offer pre-paid accounts for entities with high volume certified tax search requirements.
